Applications to become an IMPACT editor are currently closed. We appreciate everyone who applied! Thank you for your interest!
Eligibility
Eligible students must be a student attending at least one class at Pioneer (i.e. dual-enrolled students may apply).
Qualities we look for:
- Active input and suggestions for reviewing submissions and working on projects.
- Dedication and time commitment
- Experience/knowledge in any of the literary, visual arts, and performing arts areas.
- Passion!
Please note that IMPACT is a student-led school publication with a handful of editors in a given year, and thus requires that each editor is fully engaged and committed in both time and passion.
Meetings usually last for an hour or two on various Saturdays or Sundays, and once during the week at lunch, although this may be subject to change depending on overall availability.
The team holds numerous responsibilities, including raising funds through business ads and fundraisers, leading school promotions, selecting student works, and designing the annual publication.
Form
The form will specify the lengths of your responses and will ask questions based on creative and leadership experience, skills, and more.
Followup
After the form closes, you will be notified for an interview.
If you have any questions, email [email protected] or access the Contact page.
